New CertainTeed® Bufftech® Galveston™ Privacy Fence Colors Allow Building Professionals to Mix and Match Fence Styles
(Valley Forge, Pa.) – CertainTeed Corporation is bringing more color options to its Bufftech® Galveston™ with CertaGrain® vinyl privacy fence, offering building professionals more design options with the beauty of real wood in a maintenance-free material. In addition to the existing Clay and Sierra Blend colors, Galveston with CertaGrain is now available in Arctic Blend, a well-defined gray weathered wood look; Weathered Blend, a rustic dark brown blend; and Arbor Blend, a wooded green shade designed to meld beautifully with nature.
“With the addition of the new colors, our Galveston privacy fence can now complement an ever greater number of building exteriors,” said Doug Mucher, marketing manager for CertainTeed’s Fence, Railing and Deck business. “And, with CertainTeed’s innovative CertaGrain texture, Galveston continues to provide the most beautiful, authentic wood-emulating vinyl fence in the industry.”
The new Galveston colors coordinate with other styles of Bufftech fence, including Chesterfield™ privacy fence and Danbury™ picket-style fence.
“Homeowners are looking for dynamic outdoor living spaces that look good from every angle,” adds Mucher. “With a streamlined color palette, homeowners can enjoy a picket-style fence in their front yard and a privacy fence in the backyard without compromising outstanding curb appeal.”
Available in 7- and 8-foot heights, Galveston is an ideal solution for enhancing the privacy of commercial, multi-family or residential buildings. Galveston is a tongue-and-groove fence manufactured from premium quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides resistance from decay, warping or splinting that is common with wood fences. The durable design, which includes a mid-rail for extra strength, offers ColorLast™ fade protection for superior color retention.
The product is backed by a lifetime limited warranty featuring exclusive SureStart™ protection that covers repair and replacement costs, including labor, in the unlikely event a manufacturing defect occurs within the first five years after installation.
